I have installed Garmin Express on a Windows 7 machine. It finds my device then I get the Sync with Garmin Connect. I click the I want to sync to an existing account. The popup screen shows but it is blank and I have no way of logging in? Any suggestions please?
Any news on this? I installed Garmin Express 3.2.17.0 today (first time trying this software as I have just bought a 620 Forerunner). I have the same issue as above (blank box with backwards arrow and cross to close). I can see the widget when using the link above. I connected to Garmin Connect with both IE (11.0.9600) and Firefox (31.0) before launching Garmin Express (and then tried during, and not at all) and still no joy. I also reverted my Windows (8.1) to the default screen colours etc. and no difference. As I cannot use my new watch with this software, it's pretty much a waste of my time.
Updated Garmin Express software on a corporate PC I have used to successfully upload in the past and now I have this blank sign-on page issue. I can't change the internet settings options, but those have remained the same. Even tried doing a full uninstall of the express software and reinstalled the client without any success.
Long time 310XT user, I've been using the ANT Agent for a while but thought I would switch over to Garmin Express. I've been having the exact problem described in this thread, I'm not able to sync with an existing Garmin account when prompted and I'm merely presented with a blank screen. I've tried the following:
1. updated browsers, switched default browsers (thinking that the blank login screen is an iframe of some sort) 2. tried high contrast mode (didn't help) 3. updated video driver (no noticeable changes) 4. changed DNS servers (to Google's) 5. verified that there was nothing in my hosts file that would prevent the program from connecting (blank host file) 6. ran Garmin Express as admin (no changes) 7. tried to type in my account info despite not seeing any text boxes (nothing)
I'm running Win7 Enterprise 64 bit, I was able to get to the link a few pages back posted by Garmin support. In the mean time, I'll switch back to ANT agent. Hopefully this gets resolved soon! Any other ideas?
