Garmin Express sync blank screen

I have installed Garmin Express on a Windows 7 machine. It finds my device then I get the Sync with Garmin Connect. I click the I want to sync to an existing account. The popup screen shows but it is blank and I have no way of logging in? Any suggestions please?

    Just installed on Win7 Ultimate and get the same White Screen with a left arrow and an X in the top right.

  • For those of you having this issue, can you open this link in your browser and let us know if you are able to see the sign-in widget there? If you could also include the browser and version it would be helpful.

    Yes, I can see the login widget when I click on the above link. Windows 7 with latest updates, Firefox 28.

    yes i see win8 IE10 . and i start log in he starting only never go in.

    Has anything been figured out on this issue? I got my Edge yesterday and still can't get connected. Same problem, blank log-in screen when trying to connect device to "connect". I've managed to locate the facebook sign-in and after clicking something on that blank white page have gotten to a facebook login page - but it won't let me type anything in the login. I tried to use the garmin social media connect app - but that goes to a blank page.:mad::mad:

    Just did a search and found the following solution. It worked for me as it enabled me to see the text that is in the white screen (it must have been the same color as the background). I just followed the directions while Garmin Express was open. I changed the contrast back as soon as I was logged in.

    After installing Garmin Express on a Windows computer, the contrast of the application may be black and therefore difficult to view the prompts.

    This is usually caused by the contrast being set to High; changing the contrast to Classic should resolve the issue.

    The keyboard shortcut to change the contrast is to press the left SHIFT, left ALT, and PRINT SCREEN keys, simultaneously, and choosing the Yes option if it prompts to change to the High Contrast. After a moment the contrast will be changed and Garmin Express should appear with the normal white background when opened. To change back to the previous setting, repeat the shortcut.

    If the Garmin Express screens are still black, then this would indicate that the contrast was not set to high and other factors may be causing the Garmin Express to not display properly. Try updating the computer specific graphic card or try another computer.
