I have installed Garmin Express on a Windows 7 machine. It finds my device then I get the Sync with Garmin Connect. I click the I want to sync to an existing account. The popup screen shows but it is blank and I have no way of logging in? Any suggestions please?
I originally had the "sync with existing account" blank login dialog box problem with none of the proposed fixes making any difference.
I reinstalled garmin express this morning and no longer have the problem with the current install.
This was crazy, but it got me past the blank Garmin Express sync screen and enabled me to download my data to my existing Garmin account.
1. Once you arrive at the blank entry form you can move your cursor around the top of the form (approximately 1" from the top in my case) until it changes from an arrow to a text insertion point (kind of looks like an I)
2. Click once and your cursor will actually be in the user name field
3. Carefully type in your user name
4. Hit the tab key once to place your cursor into the password field
5. Carefully enter your password
6. Hit the enter key and away you go
If you are getting the blank sign in screen in Garmin Express, try the following steps to resolve this issue:
1. Avoid using a proxy or VPN (Virtual Private Network) to connect to the Internet
2. Update the computer's display drivers to the latest version available from the manufacturer
Following these steps will allow the content to be displayed properly.
I am having the same problem. I haven't had any luck with tabbing around the invisible form elements on the invisible form. I'll try turning it off and back on again.

EDIT: It looks like this is because of some entries in my hosts file. I watched the requests that Garmin Express was making with Fiddler, and found that it was trying to contact tealium.hs.llnwd.net and gscounters.us1.gigya.net. I commented those out of my hosts file and Garmin Express worked fine again.
So if you're having trouble and if you've installed a modified hosts file, try temporarily clearing that out while you are running Garmin Express. It is doing some kind of tracking or analytics and requires that it be able to talk to those services.
Please update your Garmin Express to the current 3.2.8 client.
