Impossible manage maps and software

I have this problem as well. Enduro 3 and Garmin Express both on the latest software. 

Same issue here.  Zumo 590.  Shows three updates available.  The first is "Traffic Text, FLX, All Languages" Version 2.20. This one has an install button that works, but returns to the same screen.

The second is City Navigator Version 2027.10 - the Install button for this one will not work.

Third is Proximity Text, GLX, All Languages Version 3.90 - The Install button for this one will not work.

Express 7.28.1, Enduro 3 Software 22.35, Windows 11: same problem.

Hi Garmin - DK: I'm still having this problem. Same set up as ilsalgo. When you say "give it another try", do you mean reinstall the software or delete GarminDevice.xml? Please provide any specific instructions to enable the fix.

andrew-in-woking - To clarify, just ensuring the software is up to date, connecting your device, and see if Express gives the same "Refresh to check for updates" message.

This is still broken, still the same “refresh to check for updates” on last version of everything. 7.28.1 of garmin express on windows 11, with fenix 8 pro on 22.35

The problem is still occurring on my Fenix 8 Pro (software version 22.35) and Garmin Express 7.28.1.

Fenix 8 47 Amoled wth 22.35 and latest Garmin Express still unable to update.

Express is up to date.  Tried it a couple more times, including using one of the procedures to edit the xml file.  Still didn't work, then suddenly it worked.  I have no idea what changed, but it finally loaded the new map and the other two files.

Upgrading my Zumo 660 worked flawlessly the first time.

Next to sideload my 665s
