Cannot connect to server

We have a 2022 Honda Odyssey with Garmin navigation.

In order to update the maps, I installed Garmin Express.

The problem is that it cannot connect to the server.

When I click on the "refresh to check for updates" button, nothing happens.

When I click on the "refresh to view your content", I get a "Sorry, we're having a problem communicating with our servers" error.

How can I update the map?

    (my apologies, I should have mentioned it in my original post)

    I did contact Garmin support, but in my experience dealing with large companies, I usually get faster and better quality answers on user forums.

    Surprisingly, Garmin got back to me today and requested additional information, which I sent them.
    Hopefully they will figure it out.
