When I connect my Garmin Fenix 6 plus I got the following error message: " "USB device not recognized. The latest USB devise you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it". I tried 2 computers, several USB ports. The cable looks fine, I cleaned the connectors on the USB cable and watch w/o any success, error persists. Could you please help to troubleshoot this issue?
