Maps not showing

I have installed City Navigator North America on my Drivesmart 76 in Ireland.

The installation was successful but the maps are not showing.

I installed initially to an SD card and when that didn't work, I installed to the device.

Does the map show in Settings, Map&Vehicle, myMaps? Is it selected?

How did you install the map?

I installed through Garmin Express. Only the pre-installed Europe maps are showing in 'My Maps' but I have confirmed that that the North America Maps are on the device and I have been able to set coordinates.

So are the maps now on the device or sd card? If card is it formatted FAT32? If on the device I'd try a reinstall to a correctly formatted card.
