Times in Heart Rate Zones are always reported in 0% and 0:00

I have a Garmin Forerunner 255 and I am using Garmin Connect to check my statistics, but the app isn't showing Times in Heart Rate Zones, all of them are in 0% and time 0:00, how I can solve it?
