I often see the recommendation to remove and then add back a device in Express. My early experience with Express led me to believe that Express was only aware of content (maps) on the device that it had added itself. It did not appear to poll the device and then update what it listed based on what it found on the device. In simpler terms, the maps listed by Express did not match those seen by Basecamp or by the MyMaps function of my device. Does anyone know if indeed Express should be updating itself based on what is on the device ( eg: detect a new map updated via the device wi-fi)?
