Thanks for share Interestingly, there should not be any issues with getting previous maps uninstalled as this is different product from OS point of view... So it may be something else

I have since been able to uninstall the old card (CN Europe NTU 2021.30) via the control panel by restarting explorer.exe.

However, the problem that I can not activate the CN Europe NTU 2022.10 with Garmin Express 7.7.0.0 remains.

After uninstalling GE 7.7.0.0 and installing GE 7.4.2.0, however, an activation on the PC is possible!

Does GE 7.7.0.0 still support Win 7 at all?

The same thing happens to me on Windows 8.1
To solve I had to:
1) Uninstalled GEX 7.7 completely including registry using Revo Unistaller.
2) Installed my backup copy of GEX 7.5 which worked perfectly and completed the map installation on PC.

Mine is the same what’s the fix??

Windows, I have other devices but the Fenix is not recognised. Windows itself is picking up the devices but not garmin express.

Version 7.7.0.0 does not recognize either of my three machines. Previous version is lost! All previous versions have worked perfectly until now.
