Garmin express 7.0 wont launch

updated to v7.0 and now trhe express wont launch.

truely shocking.

does anyone have any advice before i change brands?

had a windows update last night and I can't open garmin express again now :^(

I tried everything now...it seems the product is definitvely defective...new watch is perhaps in order

by the way: the watch is now registering a heartbeat without wearing it... wonderful product, wonderful software, and so cheap...really what one can expect

Call Garmin as it could be a faulty watch, if so they'll replace it, or take it back to the retailer for help.

I sent them an e-mail for the expess and insinct issue.... no response... I do not understand how (know if) the customer service works...

I have the same problem. I tried to reinstall version 6, it launch but as soon as it launch garmin express told me to update to newest version.
