Garmin Express v6.15 empty display

Nope, works perfectly for me. 

Try using the Microsoft Utility to completely uninstall Garmin Express. This software is third-party and not created by Garmin. The software is licensed and created by Microsoft.

 When uninstalling Garmin Express select as necessary:

• Garmin Express
• Garmin Express Tray
• Elevated Installer
• Garmin Update Services (skip if not present)
• ANT Drivers Installer x64

Then install Garmin Express directly from http://download.garmin.com/omt/express/B/GarminExpressInstaller.exe

After a long-long while (more than 20 minutes) Express displays the "add device" button but no way to detect any Device (I have 3 GPS connected and recognized by windows10 _ Nuvi 2995_ Edge 705_Oregon 700). I am still trying...

This software seems to be a piece of bullshit!

The 3 devices were perfectly recognized by previous versions of express.

This issue came with the 6.15 version.

Of course, I uninstalled Exoress with microsoft utility, plus reboot... No success.

Then you'll need to call Garmin, it's working fine for me so something is possibly wrong in your system.

the slowest software in the world is on the way to have re-registered my 3 GPS! This process is boring due to the fact it was already done for years and  it is more than slow.

This software is ridiculous.

Clearly there is an issue with your system, I've never had to re-register a GPS after an update.  At least though you have it running but why yours is slow is a mystery.

I have put a question to garmin support about the slowness. From my side, my config is quite powerfull and running pretty fast. This is something else...

I'm having the almost the same issue.

GE display starts empty (blank) and takes a few time (3/4 minutes) do show my watch and it taking a lifetime to perform the regular sync even without any map or software update being downloaded.
