Cyclops update: "there was an error installing update"

Since a few day's I can't installing de new updates of Cyclops. At step 2/2 I receive the message "there was an error installing update". Sometimes Garmin Express said "installed successfully", but then it just copied 3 Cyclops-files (it has to be 33 files), causing all the speed camera's in my country are gone. I tried the next options:
- Re-installed Garmin Express
- Reset PC
- Reset Garmin device
- Try another USB-Port
Unfortunately, nothing of these things works. My memory of my Garmin isn't full. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1451220.png

I was updating mine last Sat and it has worked okay (this time) and without issues.

Perhaps you could:

* delete all cyclop files you currently have there (and making copies elsewhere just in case)
* get them re-installed by going to Tools & Content -> Purchased

I tried, but it doesn't works :(

I contact support. They gave me a strange reaction: "your speed camera's are active".

Let me check this weekend - I will report back here with my findings.

EDITED TO ADD: I can confirm that all is working well and cyclops got updated.
