Can't download purchased TOPO maps for GPSMAP 64SC

I just purchased the TOPO Australia and New Zealand download but can't install it.

I can see it in Garmin Express but when I try to download it via Garmin Express it proceeds to Preparing Device and then a second later reverts to the device page with a vague error "There was an error installing the content"

When I check the Express.log file I find in the exception stack trace "No compatible content to install"

The TOPO map is definitely compatible with my GPSMAP 64SC (WW, whatever that means).

I've tried different USB cables, six different versions of Garmin Express, two different computers, I've tried a wired, wifi, and 4G internet connection using different ISPs, I've tried disabling the firewall and virus scanner, I've tried a hard reset of my GPS, I've tried with and without the micro SD card in the GPS, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling .NET frameworks. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1390699.jpg

I have exactly the same problem - purchased TOPO Australia and New Zealand - Shows in Garmin Express - but when try to download I get same error before it looks for the SD card. I guess that the TOPO file does not exist for download in the cloud or has a name different to that when you click on the cloud icon. Surely a simple thing for Garmin to fix. Sigh.

We've given up troubleshooting and they're just going to send me a microSD card with the TOPO map pre-loaded and call it a day.
