garmin cyclops safety cameras install error

trying to install Cyclops safety cameras Europe ( just purchased yesterday), but it will not work. see screen shot

Call Garmin as they will need to resolve this, sounds like an account issue

Indeed, had the same issue and Support will resolve it for you.

It's most likely the clash between the generic files supplied with the unit and the new ones that you just purchased - but I forget details.

Also, make sure your Garmin Express is fully up to date as versions preceding v5.5.0.0 struggled at this stage as well.

I have the same issue they asked me to reset dash cam but no luck with that. Still error? Any news?

I got the same message on my windows pc. It won’t work on my Mac book as well. What’s wrong with is file? I’ve paid $39.00 for it! Today’s date is 11-1-2020! Still not fixed!

If it's not working for you call product support, Express installs Cyclops camera files without issue these days.
