3 or 4 times recently after syncing my vivoactive I'm seeing "No Data Available" for Step Details in Garmin Connect Mobile. The data is also absent from the web using Garmin Connect. It seems to happen in pairs of days. It doesn't sync activities, sleep or anything else.
It's possible it only happens when I sync using the USB cradle and my Windows PC. I'm certain that's how I did the sync the last two times I saw the issue but am not sure about the time or two before that.
The watch shows the steps and activities so it must be sync issue.
Does anyone have any ideas what might be happening?
Is there a way to force a resync of the data for the missing days?
