Install Map to Computer

I am sorry that you are having trouble with this. I have tested this and I am experiencing the same issue on one of my devices with the Europe maps. I am creating a case and will post back once this is resolved.

Basecamp 4.6.2
.NET Framework 4.6 installed.

Have recently fresh installed Windows 10 Anniversary (on laptop) and Windows 7 SP1 (on desktop).
Cannot download Europe map 2017.10 to either machine due to option 'Install to Computer' being greyed out in Garmin Express.

Any progress on this? This is quite a serious problem and makes using Basecamp a very poor experience due to it being so slow with using maps on the device

Its not that slow using the device's map but you can help by setting map detail to medium when panning.

There is a update 4.1.26.0 for Mac. It is still not possible to install a map to the computer.

Same issue here with Windows 10
Install location is blank
option to select install maps to pc is not working.

Also in basecamp not all the roads are displayed using the map on the Nuvo 595
An expensive bit of kit and can't plan routes on PC........
