Unable to send workout to fenix3

Hi,

I cannot send workouts to my fenix3 anymore. I am using Windows10 x64, Garmin Express 4.1.23.0. The watch is connected using the USB cable.

Here's what I'm doing:
  • Go to connect.garmin.com
  • Create a new workout
  • From inside the workout editor, click on "Send to Device"
  • Garmin Express shows the "Syncing..." progress bar
  • Garmin Express finishes with the green "Sync complete!" message
  • Afterwards, when going to "my workouts" on the watch, the workout is not there.


What can I do to fix this?

    I just tested this on a fenix 3 and it worked, my workout is in workouts on the device and ready to start. Does this happen on all your workouts or just the new one you created? Are there any special characters in the name of your workout? What about if you create a new basic workout? Does that one transfer?

    You may also want to update to the latest Garmin Express. Version 4.1.24.0 was released yesterday.
