Garmin Express not syncing on laptops

I'm having the exact same problem with my 410. I can't upload anything. Express shows the device and the Ant stick are active but even a force send won't send.

    I am sorry for the troubles. I suggest you remove the vivosmart from Garmin Express and Connect then add it back again. If this does not resolve your issue please contact Garmin Australasia by phone.

    I am sorry for the troubles. If Express will not detect the Forerunner 110 when you try to add it please use the FAQ below to make sure the device is being recognized by the computer.

    Once the computer recognizes the Forerunner 110, Garmin Express should be able to add it. Please make sure Garmin Express is up to date.

    Well apparently my vivosmart was faulty after only 3.5 months of use. Garmin replaced it fairly promptly, but a bit disappointing that it happened so soon after purchase. Thank goodness for warranty!
  • 910xt Not Syncing

    I have tried all the suggestions on the faq website. ant stick and device are detected. Express says it is syncing and watch says transferring but only works for a minute or two then progress bar restarts. Eventually it just says 'error syncing with garmin connect' in express. Have tried on two different computers but nothing seems to be working. Have had this problem for a few weeks now.

    Any other suggestions?

    I am sorry for the troubles. If you have ran through the article below and tried a second computer the sync problem can probably be attributed to the data coming from the 910XT. In some instances the History on the watch never gets deleted and the internal memory fills up or it's possible there is come corrupt data in one of the activities after Nov 1 causing the problem. I suggest delete any old activities on the watch that have already been uploaded to Garmin Connect then create a new test activity over 30 seconds and see if it will transfer along with the activities after Nov 1. If syncing still fails, contact Product Support by phone.

    Garmin Express sync 910xt

    I can't synchronise with express, My 910xt is trying to transfer the data. Everything seems to be connected but i get a fault melding in express....

    Forerunner 220 not found by Express

    Hi there,

    Garmin Express is not finding my Forerunner 220. Could somebody please help?

    I've tried reinstalling Express, and removing the device from Express.
