Why does BaseCamp help refer to Apple keyboard keys rather than Windows?

I found another case where it routed me off interstate. See attached. Since it's route with no points on it, how do I move that part of the route back to I-684 and I-287?

OK I will do that. Now I do notice (see screenshot attached) that when the routes joined, they created a circle again. Do you see that and any suggestions?

I suspect that's a split carriage way and the points are on the wrong side, zoom way in and have a look. If necessary move them using the 'move tool'.

That'll be Basecamp (and I suspect your nuvi would too) thinking it's quicker that way than staying on the interstate. Select the pan tool, press and hold the Alt key and click and hold with the pan tool on the route, you should then get a 'rubber band' which will move as you move the pan tool. Move it across to the interstate and when you 'unclick' (zoom in so you're on the correct side) it will insert a via point. If one doesn't work add more until it does.

Amazing, thanks. My stupid question is how would I find that in Help? I tried searching for move route, edit route and nothing came up.
