I'd like to see your data. Can I ask you to send another e-mail to [email protected]? Can you tell me what maps you were using? When you send your e-mail can you export your route to a gpx file and attach it to the e-mail?

Email sent. Screen shots below. Note the strange out and back which was inserted into the route. It heads NE from the loop up towards I5.

Well, install went fine and no issues with FolderData thank goodness.

Unfortunately, the TRIP PLANNER is not doing so well. Notice anything odd...with the travel time after the first Via Point.

Can you send this screen shot to [email protected] for us to have a look? Doing so will open a case. Looking at it though it looks as though the travel time is set that way as a result of a user-set arrival time to your next via. If you have an "artificial" arrival time, the travel time will show as the difference between your departure time and the new arrival time rather then the calculated time based on the distance and speeds, etc.

You might also see about sending us your exported data as well. I am not sure what's going on with that. We did not really make major changes to Trip Planner on this release.

For those uses that are having trouble seeing their data after instaling 4.3.1 or 4.3.2, were you folks beta users? This will help us investigate the problem.

    I was a BETA user.
  • This is not quite in line with what the users are having issues with, but it might help with your investigation to eliminate possibilities?

I was a beta user with a custom db location. When I loaded 4.3.1 from 4.2 and the 4.3.0.x beta, I had to re-designate that custom db. When I updated from 4.3.1 to 4.3.2, I didn't have to make any changes.

    Prn scrn

Use the Print Screen button with the ALT button held down. That works and places the screen capture into the Clipboard.

Thanks, it works, and also discovered just pressing Print Screen still works too. Typically, I'll have my photo editing software open (Picasa) and it automatically puts the screen print into a folder for me (with a little window notification), which wasn't happening, so I thought the function wasn't working. Have to look at Picasa now...

Not happy Jan. I am using Windows 8.1 on a Lenovo Yoga. Magnification was way too small to read. Then when I went back to load it again, BC wont load at all. I have re-installed with the same result. BC is actually very important for what I do. Going back to 3.2.5 as I have no alternative...
