Help, I have just bought a zumo350lm and installed bc and been playing getting to understand it all. I cannot get bc to see the zumo, can anyone help please?

AFAIK Basecamp should work fine with your new zumo. Are you using the Garmin supplied cable to connect it to your PC? Is it connected directly to a USB port and not via a hub? Have you tried different USB ports?
You also may need to wait awhile for it to appear, some PCs with Win7 seem to take a fair amount of time to index the Garmin drives before they appear in Windows Explorer. Until it does Basecamp won't see it.
