Can't sign in and Birdseye issue

I can't use BirdsEye with BaseCamp unless I have my Activated GPSr connected...

Have you copied the BirdsEye files to somewhere within Basecamp? I have a separate folder that contains all my BirdsEye downloads. If they're not somewhere in My Collection BC can't read them :)

I've have exactly the same issue. Basecamp asks for myGarmin userid and password, I povide those, password is not recognized and my account is being locked automatically.

Sorry but I'm not clear what you've done. Do you have a device that qualifies for Birdseye downloads? If so with it connected are you able to download a demo area to Basecamp? You should be able to do that without a subscription and without 'logging in'.

I have the same problem with signing in and birdseye. I am really frustrated.. Hope Garmin folks solve this..
