Content Expired

Wow!  I guess you must have been pretty angry over the inconvenience of not having Spotify to workout by.  I don't understand the expectation that Garmin should notify you of a Spotify expiration though.  AFAIK, your watch is running a Spotify app which connects to YOUR Spotify account.  If anything, Spotify should be notifying you of an upcoming expiration.  Here's a thought:  Take personal responsibility for tracking your subscriptions expirations.  This event certainly didn't warrant your post in this unrelated Basecamp Windows forum.

it is not a subscription expiration, you missed the point. Every so often Garmin watch requires you to relogin to Spotify within the watch so they can verify that your subscription is still active. My subscription did not expire - this validation occurs at most random times and the fix for making one of the biggest features of Garmin 7 (music) is very simple if you just think about making product for the people (you notify them ahead of time and give them time to do it). When I'm about to go on workout and content expires, I have to sit there for 30min for music content to update just so it will continue working.

You are right, I did miss the point.  Perhaps a post in the forum specific to the watch model would result in a more productive response than my knee-jerk reaction.  I apologize for it.

No worries mate. I don't know where to post this between the watch and it being Spotify music app functionality that was set up through Garmin Express. This is why I posted it on the first place I could find, hoping to get attention of Garmin support.

Well it certainly has nothing to do with Basecamp!
