Hi everybody,
I have an old StreetPilot 7200 that I still utilize once in a while in my pickup. I didn't update it for a few years now. Meanwhile, I bought a new pc and downloaded your last version of BaseCamp to update my StreetPilot eventually. The installation of the software went smoothly, but I am unable to open it.
My OS is Windows 10 x64, version 21H1, build 19043.1288.
I made a print screen of the error found by the system (see the text of the error report copied hereafter.
I also downloaded Garmen Express and tried to use it to update my StreetPilot. Garmen Express doesn't see the StreetPilot when connected to the pc.
What can I do to continue to use my StreetPilot? I had it for 16 years now and always been pretty satisfied with it. It's a jewel.
