BaseCamp doesn't open

Hi everybody,

I have an old StreetPilot 7200 that I still utilize once in a while in my pickup.  I didn't update it for a few years now.  Meanwhile, I bought a new pc and downloaded your last version of BaseCamp to update my StreetPilot eventually.  The installation of the software went smoothly, but I am unable to open it.

My OS is Windows 10 x64, version 21H1, build 19043.1288.

I made a print screen of the error found by the system (see the text of the error report copied hereafter.

I also downloaded Garmen Express and tried to use it to update my StreetPilot.  Garmen Express doesn't see the StreetPilot when connected to the pc.

What can I do to continue to use my StreetPilot?  I had it for 16 years now and always been pretty satisfied with it.  It's a jewel.

    I just found that there is no solution to this problem.  StreetPilot 7200 is no more compatible with updated Garmin maps.  A lack of memory on this over 16 years old baby I suppose.

    If you're not able to access your account, you can check if we have run into an issue with any of our apps on our Status site. We also update our Twitter account @Basecamp with details of any downtime.Clearing your browser's cache can force recently changed web pages to show up properly. Each browser handles caching differently, so be sure to follow the correct steps for your particular browser.
