Make a route from a track - error

Hi, when I create a route from a track it creates a straight line and does not follow the path created. Can you tell me how to solve it?

Which map is selected in BaseCamp? If its not a routeable map all you will get is a straight line. You also need to ensure you don't have Direct Activity profile selected.
