In BC I made a route from a track but the route had no via points or shaping points. That seems to make editing the route difficult or impossible. The track had several hundred intermediate points but the route, a loop had only two a start and an end. I've done this process several months ago and it worked fine. What has gon wrong?
I am not sure what you're activity currently is... but if you are driving this is how things work. The track-to-route feature is designed to take a track, and have a new route follow that track. Editing that route really isn't allowed because now we have destroyed the shape of that track. I realize that that is not ideal for all users but there is a work around. Change your profile to direct, and then calculate the route. At that point you will be able to get a list of directly routed points that can then be edited before recalculating the route.
