Download current track

Question

I want to download a current track from my Garmin GPSMAP 62 S into Basecamp but haven't been successful. I've read the manual but just can't get it. Can someone help? Thanks.

It is. Seems to be working now. I had been getting an error message saying it couldn&rsquo;t download because of a problem with one of the geocaches I had on it. Resolved somehow. Thanks
