I am using Windows 10 and am having trouble using the Map report feature. When you open up the page it will not fully open and therefore I am not able to report faults. There is a problem with old speed camera locations and some have not been in the said locations for 5 years, also there are a lot of speed zones which are out of date, even on the latest maps. I contacted CS here and was directed to go to Here maps.com and report these inconsistences but they do not have any such way to report these problems, and when sending them emails in regards to this cannot get any answers. SO how does one then report these problems, can you please reply to this.
That is exactly my point, when Garmin's program does not function properly, how do you report anything. I would imagine that this has been a problem for some time, why then is it not rectified ???
Why your map report feature isn't working is a different issue, mine does both on a Win7 and Win10 system. As I've said though you can't use it to report speed camera issues.
There may be something wrong with the BaseCamp installation. I would have expected to see scroll bars on the Map Error form and you have none. I'm on an older version of BaseCamp, perhaps SUSSAMB can look for scroll bars on the current version?
