How do I join several short routes to create a single combined route? I found this instructional link which seemed perfect...

Using Basecamp 4.5.2, iMac Yosemite (10.10.5)
PS, I know a workaround is to convert routes to tracks and join tracks, then reconvert track back to single route. Problem is combined route doesn't have waypoints, via points etc. that were in original routes.
