Spoke today with Garmin Support in the UK. Basically their standpoint is yes they know there's a problem with the App which they are looking into (which is why it's been withdrawn from the App Store) but since the App is free of charge they feel no obligation to commit ! to fixing it and even if they do they're not prepared to give a timeframe. When asked about the justification for marketing new devices with Bluetooth support as a feature when the App that is essential to that support is not working they said the Bluetooth support is for noticifications (email, text messages etc.) and that any other useful 'by-products' such as being able to load tracks using bluetooth are just a nice-to-have and not gauranteed as part of the devices functionality :-((
