Spotify CIQ App not working correctly

    Hi everytime I go to log in the spotify says the username or password are incorrect but they aren't could you help me with this ??

    Spotify was downloaded successfully in IQ but is not visible anywhere on my Vivoactive 3 Music. Android phone. In a private wifi network.

    I'm also trying to download the app but I can't, I have 5x plus.

    SAME!

    I have a Motorola g6 phone. 

    The phone apps all show that Spotify is downloaded and ready. The watch has no signs of Spotify at all.

    After i sign in to spotify using my phone, on my fenix 6 there is an image of "IQ!". I can't do anything at this point.

    Using Gakaxy Note S10+.

    This is the first time I tried spotify.

  • There are multiple issues that have been reported by users regarding the Spotify Connect IQ app and we wanted to let you all know that we have been reaching out to users to gather detailed information and we will continue to do so going into next week.     • What is happening? (e.g. failing during setup, sync failure, playback failure, etc.) - IT WONT ALLOW ME TO DOWNLOAD SPOTIFY ON CONNECT IQ 
    • What kind of phone are you using? I PHONE XR
    • Android or iOS? IOS
    • What kind of headphones are you using? HAVENT GOTTEN THAT FAR YET
    • What Garmin Device do you have? VIVOACTIVE 4
    • What firmware version do you have on your watch?
    • When was the last time Spotify worked correctly? NEVER HAS
    • Does the problem only happen with a specific Audio File? NO
    • Are you using a Public Wi-Fi connection?- PRIVATE

    i Have set up and downloaded songs to my watch, was working previously however now when I select a playlist to play it returns to the [music] home screen completely blank with no song playing. Hitting the ‘play’ button does nothing either.
