Spotify CIQ App not working correctly

    Hello! This workaround doesn't work for me. Hope you guys can arrive at a fix, as this was a huge selling point of the Garmin 4s device for me.

    I cannot log into spotify from Garmin Connect when prompted by the watch.  It says there is AZ problem logging you in.  (I c AZ n log into the spotify app just fine outside of Garmin connect)

    Samsung S8

    Fenix 6x pro solar

    New watch, never used Sporify before

    Private wifi

    Cannot find any wifi networks. Error code 0700. Previously worked and now doesn't.

    A music watch that has no music. Another rushed Garmin product with poor apps!

    Using a forerunner 645 music. The spotify screen comes up on my watch but the app doesnt actually open to play music.

    Huaewi nova 5t.

    Please advise.

    SAME! When I click "agree," the same vicious loop of "there was a problem getting you signed in!" continues. Tried the one suggestion of clearing cache on Spotify, did not work for me.

  • The issue with the error message "There was a problem getting you signed in" will be fixed with the release of a new version of Garmin Connect App coming soon.
    Some users have been successful with the work around of tapping "Cancel," then opening Spotify on the watch to access music.
