Hi, I just signed up to Spotify premium so I could download music onto my Garmin 645 but it will not let me install the app either via Garmin express or Garmin connect. On Garmin express it says download queuing and on Garmin Connect it says “problem getting signed in”Confused I can see from other replies this problem has been going for weeks, is there any indication when this problem will be resolved?

I Am Having Issues with Spotify on my Garmin Watch

I Don't See the Prompt to Sign in to Spotify in Garmin Connect App
    1. Force-close Garmin Connect App on the phone
    2. Restart the watch
    3. Go to Music on the watch
You should see a message to open Garmin Connect App
    4. Open Garmin Connect App
Stay on My Day until the message to sign in to Spotify appears
    5. Select Sign In

After selecting Sign In, you'll be redirected to a Spotify page where you can agree to terms of service and sign in to your Spotify Premium account. If you are redirected to a blank screen with nowhere to sign in, please contact Product Support.

  • Can you please clarify if you have the Fenix 5S or Fenix 5S Plus? Since only the Plus version of the Fenix 5 series has music compatibility, the Fenix 5S (non-plus) will not have a music application as an option in the Connect IQ store.
