Spotify CIQ App not working correctly

    Same as everyone else, "There was a problem getting you signed in!" It's been a month and no one has fixed this still. Wow, good job Garmin.

    Ok so I added a song using the garmin express PC app from my PC then disconnected and reconnected with bluetooth on my phone. After that spotify magically started working. No idea if this is all coincidence or not. Garmin support didn't have any helpful advice. Good luck

    I have not been able to sign in.  Spotify is installed on my watch and when I go to use Spotify the watch says to open garmin connect mobile on my phone to log into Spotify but I never have the option to log in

    Brand new watch trying to set up Spotify and Amazon Music. Install queues and never loads. No headphones set up. Personal wifi connection.

    Same problem with someone else “ I have not been able to sign in.  Spotify is installed on my watch and when I go to use Spotify the watch says to open garmin  connect mobile on my phone to log into Spotify, I used facebook account to log in but I can’t log in, it keep pop out error message showed problem getting me signed in.” May I know what cause this?

    I have installed spotify on my phone but everytime I try to sign in from my watch 645 music it wont let me. I signed up for spotify premium but it keeps asking me to sign up again. Brand new watch and can't put music on it Pensive

    I’ve got the same problem as everyone else. Brand new watch Fenix 6X sapphire but can’t sign into my Spotify account.
