Spotify CIQ App not working correctly

    Hi - i have the forerunner 645 music, and can’t download the spotify app (it says ‘error occurred ‘). Any solution? thanks

    log out of both Spotify and Garmin IQ.  Log back in and try again.  Worked for me on my Venu.

  • I have a Fenix 6 and the Spotify app worked fine until the latest watch firmware update (8.1). Now the Spotify app always displays 'sync failed' whenever I try to sync.

    I have downloaded Spotify on my Fenix 6S Pro, but trying to login through Connect and I get is “We are having trouble signing you in.” I’ve uninstalled Spotify and reinstalled it. I’ve logged out of Spotify and logged back in on my apps. Restarted phone and watch and still nothing. Anyone else experiencing problems signing in to Spotify to connect with their watch?

    I have a 245 forerunner and am trying to set it up with Spotify (I have an iPhone 11 Pro) but it simply says 'we are having trouble signing you in'! I have checked the Spotify account details and already have spotify on my phone. I specifically bought the watch for the music feature so am not happy! (I am using our home wifi connection.)  Please advise.

  • Same, "There was a problem getting you signed in!". I just bought this watch. I might return it.
