Spotify CIQ App not working correctly

    Hello, I have the Vivoactive 3 and it will not let me upload new music to my watch using the Spotify app. It keeps saying that the new Spotify update is queued but then keeps giving me an error message. I haven’t been able to upload more music to my watch in weeks. What am I supposed to do?

    When i attempt to connect my Fenix 6 to Spotify it is not recognising my account. I log in on the connect app and then nothing happens

    I have a Garmin Venu, using iOS. and am not able to download Spotify..  The error I get is unable to connect to Wi-Fi Error code 010.  Please help.

    My Venu is not playing the music on Spotify, I managed to download the music to the watch, however it’s not playing it

    I have a new Venu and it’s not playing the music I downloaded from Spotify. I press play and nothing happens

    Spotify has stopped working on my watch. It appears there is files in my library but when I hit the play button nothing happens

    I just bought a vivoactove 3 and cannot download any apps from the connect IQ store it just says “error occured” and queues the download (Spotify)

  • Hello, I am unable to download Spotify to my Watch. It keeps saying that the new Spotify download is queued but an error msg will pop up after. What am I supposed to do? 

    Using Garmin 245 Music, phone running on iOS 13.3.1 and earphones jaybird x3

    my forerunner 245 music always show the garmin logo after sync and cant play a song from spotify .using jbl headphone, using ios, never work on spotify just blank and show garmin logo and never acces spotify just blank seem just turn on after switch off always
