Spotify CIQ App not working correctly

    I have the new forerunner 245 with music. It took several days for the watch to even connect to the Connect IQ app successfully. Now that it connected today, I keep trying to download Spotify and it just keeps saying “queued” it hasn’t actually downloaded. There is nothing else that I am trying to download that it could be queued behind. Not sure if I’m doing this wrong or if it’s a glitch. I am using a home wifi connection.

    Spotify will not sync but the rest of my Garmin apps will. Seems to be stuck at 0% sync progress and I cannot delete or edit any music on the watch. Using a iPhone SE with the 945 forerunner music. Spotify worked maybe a month or so ago for me. I am on a personal wifi network that seems to work well for everything else.

    What is happening? It says that it's been installed but it's not coming up on my watch or giving me the option to login

    What kind of phone are you using? Huawei p20 pro

    Android or iOS? Android

    What kind of headphones are you using? Urbanista

    What Garmin Device do you have? Vivoactive 4

    What firmware version do you have on your watch? 4.28

    When was the last time Spotify worked correctly? Never 

    Does the problem only happen with a specific Audio File? I have trouble getting anything to download then sync

    Are you using a Public Wi-Fi connection? No
