Spotify CIQ App not working correctly

    My Spotify account was connected and music was downloaded. Now when I select a playlist to play, it returns to the [music] screen, however doesn’t play any music. Hitting the ‘play’ button doesn’t work either.

    Mine was all set up and working fine for a year but last week stopped. Told me I had no music. Vivoactive 3 and android

    I am I am on able to complete set up. Error message occurs I have an Apple seven. I have uninstalled and installed several times. I have powered down my phone. Continue to have this problem after many attempts to sync Spotify I currently have the Fenix six brand newout of the box.

    Bought a new garmin vivoactive 4s did setup followed instructins now just keep being told by phone to open app and login to spotify but on app it just says spotify installed and on next screen asks you to install it via iqconnect. Wifi etc all correct and have installed spotify twice now no luk

    Spotify sync failing, both new playlists and updating old ones.  I am running Spotify latest version and Garmin 645 M latest version.  Spotify sync worked fine a couple of updates ago. I am connected to home wifi and also have Android phone with Connect installed.

    I just purchased a Venu. When I sign into Spotify to set it up it is saying there is an error. 

    Using iPhone 11 Pro

    All software up to date

    On WiFi there was an issue with not having a good upstream so I turned WiFi off and now just showing error

    I'm having the same problem. Spotify installed everywhere it needs to be but there is nowhere to log in.  The Spotify logo appears on my phone on Connect but the only place to click on the screen is "view in store," which takes you to the spot to download and install it again.  Both phone and Fenix 5s Plus are connected to WIFI and synced.  I have an iPhoneX.  I turned off my VPN and still no luck.  Has anyone figured out a way around this??
