Garmin VIRB iPhone APP ???

First apologies for posting here but there is no section in the Forums for iPhone APPs - may I suggest one is created to discuss iPhone Apps (e.g. Garmin Connect App and Garmin VIRB App etc.)

Anyway back to topic ... when will the Garmin VIRB iPhone App be released??

The WiFi icon on the phone disappears because the phone itself is now connected to your carrier by 3G. Your connection to the VIRB is probably still working, but you won't see an icon of it on the phone. If the app stops working, then there is some other problem, but even if it's working, you won't see the icon you thought you would.

As soon as I connect to the VIRB network, the 3G symbol comes up, as expected, as seen on the screen shots below.

When using the iPhone as a viewfinder changes to zoom level is not reflected in the iPhones preview.
Is this expected or not?

The app was released in January 2014 and is available for free on both Andriod and ios platforms. The most recent update has been on October 2016.
