What problems are you seeing?
Works great - right up to the time that I desire to EXPORT or SHARE the video I have edited. Within 5 seconds of clicking the EXPORT or SHARE buttons a message comes up from VIRB Edit stating that an error had happened and the program must close. One has no opportunity to manipulate any of the options in the EXPORT screen.
I have 2 Windows 10 Machines. My Desktop is a Dell with a Intel i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10Ghz with 12GB of memory and running Windows 10 Home - VIRB Edit does not EXPORT on this machine. I also have a Dell Laptop with an AMD processor @ 1.8GHz and 8GB of memory. VIRB Edit 4.2.3 EXPORTS on the laptop but takes an excessive amount of time to process. VIRB Edit 4.2.3 gets the error and closes on the Desktop.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled VIRB EDIT 4.2.3 multiple times. I have re downloaded VIRB Edit 4.2.3 multiple times - always the same result.
The snapshot image resolution in 3.6 was much better than it is now. I would like to see that brought back and I have already reported it to Garmin support.
I would also like an option to disable optimisation before I import videos.

I believe there is a box you can 'uncheck' to prevent optimizing when importing videos.

I have reverted to 3.6 until the snapshot issue is resolved. From memory the optimization started automatically every time videos were imported and it could only be cancelled when the last clip was imported. When it was time to import again the same process had to be followed.

I am also on 3.6 - 4.2.3 won't EXPORT on my machine that started out with W8.1 and was upgraded to W10 - As soon as I hit the EXPORT or SHARE button, the screen for EXPORT comes up immediately follow by 'VIRB Edit has an error and must close' or words and actions to that effect.
