    I am very sorry about your troubles. The message doesn't really help us, unfortunately.

    What is your ID? (Go to Menu > About > Copy ID to clipboard). Then I can try to see if we've gotten any of your logs. If you "Turn on extra logging" (also on About page) we might get even more info.

    The remaining export issues we've seen are usually:

    a) memory pressure (if lower resolution exports work, but higher resolution exports fail that's usually a good indicator)
    b) non-VIRB videos that are encoded in a way we do not know how to handle

    Hi,

    My ID is 63bae192-44a2-49fa-89c9-03ab176db4b1 I've turned on extra logging.

    For your questions:

    A) I have 8 GB RAM. Looking at task manager I can see that the machine uses 43% of RAM during export. However, CPU is averaging around 95% and peaks at 100%
    very frequently. I've tried to export at the lowest resolution and quality and still get the same issue.

    B) I am using videos which I have created with VIRB XE.

    Please let me know if you need more info.

    Thanks!

    Reminder for garmin

    Could you please have a look at this issue? The issue is not going anywhere without your assistant and ignoring
    me is not going to help in any way.

    @Itamar.Levy
    I've found what I believe to be the source of your problem, but unfortunately the fix missed the cut off date for our next release. I am very interested to see if my changes do in fact fix this problem, so I've built a version of VirbEdit that I would like you to try and let know if it fixes the problem for you. I'll send you a private message with a link to the installer.

    To any other users who are experiencing export errors: feel free to PM me and I can send the link to you as well.
