"Insert Waypoint" tool routes to/from final dest.

I have created a route using the "Route" tool. Now I need to go back and refine my route by adding a few new turning points. When I use the "Insert" tool, it does put a new waypoint at the cursor location, but it also reroutes the purple line all the way to the endpoint and back, rather than simply inserting a waypoint.

Am I missing something?

Nope, not missing anything, that's what it does. ;)

Easy to fix afterwards though, just re-arange the points into the correct order in the "Properties" data box list at the bottom of the screen. Do this by highlighting the point which is in the wrong order, then click the little blue arrows, up to move it up the list or down to go down the list and the route will reflect the change.
