Automatically reboot

Hello to everyone!I have purchased my epix2 the last two weeks now and I am super happy.but I have an issue and I need your help.the first time the watch rebooted by itself was at my first run with it while I was trying to listen to music and load maps.so I thought it must be something random and has to do with the maps perhaps(?).the last two weeks passed without any incident and today morning while I was messing around with previous runnings statistics the watch froze and immediately rebooted.when everything was back on I went again in the previous training and while scrolling the stats it happpened again.I have software 9.37 and batter was at 88%.any ideas??

Hi again…from the local service support they told me to do a hard reset.erase everything from everywhere and do it again all the way from the beginning.I did it but as soon as I asked for software update it changed the language by itself.it went back to greek(I live in Greece).

If your restarting/crashing behavior continues once you have updated to the Q4 2022 official update that is being released very, very soon - see if there is a pattern of your watch restarting when you run by the same specific location or if random. Thank you!

Hi!I did a reset all data and activities and restore default settings once again….I am a bit worried because the local supplier hasn’t heard such a problem ever again and the watch is only two weeks old

It only does it when I looked into older activities.it did it one more time at my first run with it while I was trying to set up the Spotify and listen to music and loading maps at the same time so I thought it was an accident and didn’t pay any attention.and after that never again on the running

i saw your video, and I tried to replicate. I went to yesterday’s run activity, browsed it like you do, and the watch didn’t crash.

i bet that the upcoming release will fix it.

i am on the 10.41 beta
