I can't use the beta version. I think the reason is that https://beta.cloud.tacx.com/#/settings is not reachable.
Really. It won't open. I can't check my subscription.
I am also locked out now. I had 6 months of subscription left but can't see details now.
TDA Beta opens but locks on all films.

Sunday 13:30Opening the link on my PC, I get a brief pop-up message saying "Loading payment history failed".My account is now recognised though, saying I have 152 days left, but videos on Tacx Beta are still locked.
Now the films aren't locked, but if you want to start them nothing happens.
Would make sense - same issue for all of use alas. With the server unreachable, the licenses would not be able to be confirmed either!?

It started working today. I was even able to practice.
I think you were just "lucky". It seems that it works randomly.
