Win 10 app closes after few sec

Hi!

I have problem with the win 10 tacx desktop app, it close after few sec. I Tried everything uninstall reinstall restart the pc. Nothing works. Everything is up to date

We are sorry to hear that the app is closing after a few seconds. Is this problem still occurring? Could you send over the log files?
you can access them via the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Tacx.TacxDesktopapp_...\LocalState\MetroLogs
