TrueUp or Connect issue

TDA activity synched to Connect web all training data BUT time in power zones do not appear on any Garmin device, here attached for e.g. a screenshot taken on F8 51 Amoled sw 13.20:

Is this due to the fact that despite Tacx is part of Garmin the App still be considered as "3rd party app" likewise Zwift or any other and doesn't include time in zone messages which can be handled in the TrueUp file so it's missing on the device?
