When choosing between anaerobic 3, sprint 1 and sprint 2 There is no description of power/time targets for these as well as other workouts which makes the choice difficult. Could a brief description of these workouts be provided?

I'd like the length of the effort interval listed - I can see that I can choose between 3 or 5 VO2 max efforts, but it'd be nice if it said how long the efforts and rests were
Second the request. Both duration and intensity of each step should be listed. I did the base recovery workout yesterday and noticed one more issue: the >>> SKIP button on iPad Air did not work. I came to this workout after an intense SweetSpot ride and wanted to spin out the lactate. To that end, I wanted to skip the 10-minute intro and go directly into the recovery mode. No go :( Button is there but it does not work.
Would be cool to have a voice annunciation for next interval and related target
