  • Remember Cap Corse is a 3 stage ride so please start with 1 then scroll for stage 2 as it was released some weeks ago on its own.

  • I have just downloaded Cap Corse 1. It's nearly 3 times as big as normal and as the other files.

Well spotted Thomas, looks like Ive uploaded the wrong file to the server,

  • v1 CapCorse2 (Corsica)
    v2 CapCorse3 (Corsica)
Love these! Very nice profiles with good positioned KOMs and spectacular views.
Not so long ago I did the older 88km Cap Corse which is on public and it seems to be quite popular. It often has riders on it. These new ones will certainly be popular once released on public.
I did not notice any issues, but I might have been a bit distracted because of the nice surroundings :D. I remember one video cut after a break which visually looked bad, but the resistance of the trainer was perfect, no drop whatsoever!

Still have to ride part 1. It's profile looks different compared to 2/3 without any real climbs. This makes it a nice addition to this collection.

    v2 Passo Ghenna (Sardinia)
One long climb on which I didn't notice any issues.

  • Now version 3 have  the correct file sizes, but the partial routes are twice.

  • v3 CapCorse1 (Corsica)
Experience was good. Did not discover any issues. Lovely ride as expected.

  • v2 Dorgali Tour (Sardinia)
Again a nice ride. Short one this time. The first video cut/break was pretty well glued together. Well done!
For a second I thought the second video cut/break made the resistance drop too much, but I think the road really went down a bit. Maybe another tester can double-check this.
Otherwise no issues with the profile/resistance.

  • Calanques de Piana, Corsica

I only had time/energy for a short one today so chose to skip the October list this time.

Didn't have any issues with grade/resistance at all. All seemed pretty good and well coordinated.

Beautiful route that can be done in a short time window.

Nice to be back at road bike speeds - in fact a couple of times I was reaching for the brakes (e.g. km1.6 and the oncoming bus).

Loved the cheeky overtake at km16, especially knowing the gradient ahead.

  • I have tried the tour maddalena islands. In this tour there is a section where you return on the same path. When you return the path the path isn't colored in the map window. I made a partial route starting from the return point.
In this case the coloring of the route is there. Probably this is a bug in the app.

I have include two pictures that demonstrate the effect.

Hi Thomas, it's not really a bug as such; it's just that you're doing a 180° turn at the old abandoned port & your return path is hidden under the outward path that's now coloured grey. I think someone once must have decided to raise the completed Grey path a little higher than the path you have yet to ride. I guess so you can always see where you have gone when heading outward on such roads.
