White empty screen

Hi folks!

As soon as i open the Tacx Training app in my computer the screen goes to the sign up option, but just a few microseconds later it turns blank and I cant do nothyng, there is only a refresh button that only repeats this problem.

I have uninstall and install it a few times but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone had this problem?

Hey Alex,
Thanks for your message.
The white screen is webview2, which is somehow not working. You can update this by going through the following steps on your pc:
Apps and Features > Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime -> Modify

Unfortunately it didn't help, same situation
I run the application -> couple of seconds -> login window -> couple of milliseconds -> white screen.
I don't have time to log in or click anything.

Hi Alex,

Do you have the latest version of the app installed?

We cannot reproduce the issue so we need your log files in order to investigate this further.

You can retrieve them by going to this folder:

For the production app:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Tacx.TacxDesktopapp_...\LocalState\MetroLogs

For the beta app:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Tacx.TacxDesktopapp.Beta_...\LocalState\MetroLogs

Would be great if you could send us your log files. Thanks.

Hey.
Thanks for your response to my problem!

For the sake of experimentation I did the following:
- uninstalled the Tacx Training app from my laptop,
- rebooted,
- downloaded a new installer from apps.microsoft.com/.../9nln5vxq40kx
- launched the Tacx Training Desktop App Installer
- I was redirected to the Microsoft Store and installed the product.
- Then I ran it and unfortunately the result is the same.

Hi Alex, we investigated your log files but it seems you're on version 4.38.1.0.
Could you reinstall to the latest version (4.61) and create new log files?

Hi,

I have reinstalled the application, the error is repeated.
The log file still shows application version 4.38.1.0.

I install the application from microsoft store (apps.microsoft.com/.../9nln5vxq40kx and I do not have option to select version.

Could you please tell me how to do it? Perhaps you can give a link to the installation file of the right latest version of the application
